I grew up in Iowa, and still call this great state my home.  Though some may say it is boring, and all we have is corn, we are the heartland, providers for the world.  When I was a little kit I used to drive the wheels off of my ERTL tractors and trucks.  I would have large farms set up across the entire basement with everything you could imagine seeing on a farm.  Though I am much older now, my love for the machinery has not changed.  There is no age limit on anything, as long as you personally enjoy it.  I dont drive my toys on the carpet anymore, now I am mostly collecting and arranging them on the shelf.  I also enjoy making scenes such as diners or fueling stations.  This way, my trucks have a realistic background.  I will be starting a truck stop in the near future.  

This is a great hobby to be involved with, and I encourage anyone who has ever been fascinated with the raw power of a big rig, to buy a model, and see what you've been missing!
